A Level 3D design helps students take a broad view of design, and develop their capacity to research the work of designers to design and make products. They develop an awareness and appreciation of the complex relations between design, materials and technological processes.
• 5+ GCSEs in grades 9-4 including a strong pass (grade 5) in English and maths • Grade 6 in Maths entry requirement to study Maths A Level • Grade 6 in Science and maths recommended to study Biology, Chemistry and Physics A Levels. Students must have sat the higher tier papers for Science and Maths. * The option to take 4 A’ Level courses will be made only in exceptional circumstances.
