Course summary

Students will have the opportunity to develop their linguistic competence to a high standard in the four language skills, to acquire a good knowledge of grammar, and broaden their cultural knowledge of French-speaking countries. - Changes in French society; the media, traditions, and culture in French-speaking countries; immigration and multicultural society in France; Occupation and Resistance in the Second World War. - A book and a film - Independent research project Also Offered: - Trip to Paris with links to Books/Films and themes (museums, plays, walks, etc.) - Intensive revision day in London - Multilingual Poetry Slam comp
