The course offers the opportunity to exercise and develop geographical skills, including observation, measurement, and geospatial mapping skills, through a range of case studies and fieldwork.
Minimum of GCSE 5 in Geography (or another Humanities subject, if Geography not studied at GCSE), and 5 in English and Science.
A-Level: 80% examination with two 90-minute exams, one on physical and one on human geography, each worth 40% of the full A-Level. There will then be a 4,000-word geographical fieldwork investigation, contributing to 20% of the full A-Level.
