Course summary

Health care is the treatment of ill health and medical conditions in hospitals, health centres and in the community. Social care is the care and support of vulnerable people, usually in the community. This course covers a wide range of different sectors within the field, giving you valuable knowledge of the different roles within health and social care and a wide variety of skills which will aid your work within the sector.
