Course summary

Engineering covers a broad variety of roles and it involve the application of scientific principles and practical knowledge to transform ideas and materials into products and systems safely. This qualification has a focus on a broad range of engineering specialists areas, including Engineering Principles & Mathematics, Health & Safety and Teamwork, 3D Drawing Systems and Design and Manufacture or Products. A qualification in engineering will allow you to progress on to relevant degree courses, such as mechanical, design, or structural engineering. Or access a higher level apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.
