This unifying approach facilitates the inclusion of a range of wider reading, thus extending students’ experience and appreciation of literature.
- A minimum of 8 full course GCSEs. These must include at least 4 at grade 6 and 4 at grade 5. A minimum of grade 5 in English language and mathematics. To study four full A levels, a minimum of 8 full course GCSEs to include at least 4 at grade 8 and 4 at grade 7. - For students who achieve a minimum of 8 full course GCSEs to include at least 4 at grade 8 and 4 at grade 7, with a minimum grade 5 in English language and mathematics, it is possible to opt for a fourth A-level subject or to complete the EPQ.
