Course summary

This qualification provides an excellent starting point for learners who want a career in IT support. The course has been developed in consultation with employers in the IT sector to make sure you learn skills that are relevant and in demand in the workplace. This qualification will prepare you for work or an Apprenticeship, by giving you sector-specific knowledge as well as technical and practical skills. You will learn how information systems are used and technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.
