Unit 2: Fitness training and programming for health, sport and well-being Part A: Learners are given a case study one week before the supervised assessment to carry out the preparation. Part B: 2 hours and 30 minutes supervised assessment. Unit 3: Professional Development in the Sport Industry Assignments: A & B: Careers in Sport. C&D: Applying for a job in the Sports Industry. Unit 6: Sport Psychology Assignments: A: Psychological principles. B: Group Dynamics. C: Psychological Skills Training Programme.
