The Psychology course enables students to think scientifically about why people behave and think as they do. It focuses on knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories and studies from a wide range of topics; from why babies love their parents to what motivates serial killers. It gives students the opportunity to practise skills of analysis, evaluation and application and to develop skills of research and enquiry.
The minimum entry requirement is Grade 6 in English plus 4 Grade 5 GCSEs and either Grade 6 in Mathematics or Science .
