The EPQ is an amazing opportunity to learn and experience the level of independence required at university, regardless of the course. Whilst the majority of EPQs are written on either arts or humanities-based questions, there is a sizable minority who write on issues relating to science subjects. The course is entirely focused on you and what you wish to study – your topic is entirely your choice, with guidance to make it appropriate to the EPQ format, and the taught element is based on student need and want.
G6 or above in GCSE English.
