Course summary

The course provides opportunities for students to understand how mathematical ideas are interconnected and how to use their mathematical skills to make logical and reasoned decisions in solving problems. It also prepares students for further study and employment in a wide range of disciplines involving the use of Mathematics. The course is intended to build on the knowledge, understanding and skills established at GCSE 9-1.
