Art and Design (Fine Art)

Course summary

This course is suited to students who wish to explore their creative capabilities and who wish to study art at university level. Students will be able to experiment with a range of creative techniques embracing both traditional and contemporary processes. Practical learning is scaffolded with contextual studies designed to develop individual student interests. Students will create a portfolio of work which will support their exam grade and can also be used for university applications within their chosen specialism.
