Course summary

By studying maths at A Level, students will gain and work on skills such as problem-solving, logic and statistics. These are all transferable skills that will be useful in all aspects of their personal and professional life moving forward. Research skills with Maths will develop as students are set more independent tasks to complete.

Entry requirements

A Level Maths requires a high level of commitment and hard work. It is important that students are able to put in the effort to meet deadlines, ask probing questions and develop their independent learning skills. Students will have a Grade 6 minimum in GCSE Maths.
