Government and Politics A Level is a popular subject which many of our students go on to study at university. We study the Edexcel course which has three components; British politics and American politics where we studying democracy, political parties, the executive and legislature to name a few, and Ideologies, where we study Conservatism, Socialism, Liberalism and Feminism. There are three examinations at the end of the Upper Sixth year; two which examine British politics and ideologies and the third examining American and comparative politics.
Achieve a minimum of a grade 5 in English Language and Mathematics GCSE.
