Course summary

IB English Literature allows pupils to explore the world around them through the lens of literary works. If you have, or would like to have, a wider appreciation of how global issues are explored by writers you would very much enjoy the study of IB English Literature. You will read texts from around the world, learn about new cultures and issues, both historical and contemporary, which are tackled within the texts. This is a subject that rewards pupils with inquisitive minds and encourages independent thought.
