Entry requirements

The normal expectation for entry to our Sixth Form is six Grades 9 - 5 or equivalent at GCSE, but we do consider all applications on an individual basis, so if you have any concerns about meeting these grades please come and speak to Mrs C L Wheeler or Mr Smith, our Assistant Principal (Academic). A good GCSE pass in Geography is desirable. An interest in the natural environment, and our influence upon it, is important. Geography involves the study of our decisions relating to the environment and their consequences. Independent study and background reading are necessary to provide case study examples. The most important requirements are enthusiasm and commitment! IT skills will help to process data for the fieldwork investigations.
