We study plays, poems, fiction, non-fiction… from the drama version of Frankenstein to Private Peaceful, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, Twelfth Night, Arthur Miller’s A View from the Bridge and Ibsen’s A Doll’s House to The Great Gatsby, The Grapes of Wrath, Of Mice and Men, To Kill a Mockingbird…

Entry requirements

Our current requirement for entry into the Sixth Form is a minimum of six Grade 5s at GCSE (or the equivalent), preferably with Grade 7s in the subjects to be studied at A Level. Places are offered on the basis of an interview with the academic team and Head of Sixth Form, academic assessment, predicted GCSE results and a report from the pupil’s current school.
