Units covered include during this course: · Nutrition and planning meals · Making food safe to eat · Food science · Exploring current issues related to food choices
Ideally students need to have achieved a minimum of five GCSES with grades 9 to 5, including English and Maths. Ideally, pupils should have completed GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition.
