Students will have the opportunity to undertake a full project that covers all aspects of software development from analysis right through to implementation and evaluation.
The course is assessed by two written exams at the end of the course and a programming project. Each exam lasts 2 hour and 30 minutes. The first exam covers computer systems and is worth 40%. The second exam covers algorithms and programming and is also worth 40%. The programming project is worth 20%.
