It is an excellent bridging course for many undergraduate degrees and can lead to a career in Chemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Research, or Finance. The course is sectioned into three main topics: • Physical Chemistry - focusing on maths, atomic structure, bonding and the amount of substance. • Inorganic Chemistry - looking further into periodicity and transition metals. • Organic Chemistry – working on fuels, reaction mechanisms and synthesis.
