Your essay writing skills will develop rapidly, giving you the skills you need for your other subjects and a vital aid for your UCAS personal statement.
Successful 16+ candidates will usually receive an offer of a place conditional on their performance at the assessment day. The school expects applicants for the Sixth Form to achieve a grade 7 (A) or higher in the subjects they wish to study at A Level and an overall grade profile of at least four grade 7s (A) and no other grades lower than a 6 (B) at GCSE. Candidates should also have demonstrated an excellent attitude to work, and a willingness to contribute to the life of the school.
