Course summary

Geography is a dynamic subject, which is unique in bridging both the social and natural sciences. It therefore combines well with many subjects and is highly valued by universities as a facilitating subject. It draws together the techniques of research, communication, analytical skills, problem solving and teamwork, whilst aiming to develop students as ‘global citizens’ focusing on the interaction between people and the planet.
