The History department aims to develop skills and knowledge that will be used throughout a student’s life. Students will learn the causes and consequences of historical events and develop the ability to deduce the influence such events may have had on the trajectory of history. The department enriches its curriculum with trips and outings throughout the year.
It is assumed that entrants to the Sixth Form at the start of year 12 will have at least five GCSE / IGCSE passes at grade C / 5 or above
