Lessons are a mixture of learning new ideas and techniques and an opportunity to develop applying this new knowledge to problem solving and modelling real world situations. You will learn to extend your GCSE knowledge of algebra, trigonometry and vectors whilst applying this to mechanics and statistics scenarios.
An overall average of a grade 6 at GCSE or IGCSE in all subjects is required for entry to our Sixth Form, with a minimum of a grade 7 in the subjects you wish to study at A Level (a minimum of a grade 8 in Further Maths). In addition, you will be expected to take on greater responsibility for your own independent learning as part of the transition from life at school to university and further career.
