The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is an opportunity for Sixth Form students to really engage with an idea that they are passionate about which may extend on from one of their chosen A Level subjects or may simply be something completely different that has sparked their interest. The EPQ allows students to carry out an independent research project alongside support from a supervisor and a taught programme of skills to help them achieve the successful completion of their project.
To achieve three A Levels and thrive in our Sixth Form, we expect pupils to achieve a minimum of six grade 6s at GCSE, with those looking to study Maths or Science requiring grade 7s.
