Entry requirements

Entry into the Sixth Form is by interview and achievement at GCSE level. The minimum entry requirement is five passes at Grades 9 – 6, with a minimum of Grade 7 in the chosen A Level subjects. Candidates who have not taken GCSEs will be asked to sit an Assessment Test.

How you'll be assessed

A-Level Politics - 3 Papers Assessment Overview for 3A and 3B Section A • One 12-mark question from a choice of two, which assesses AO1 and AO2. Section B • One compulsory 12-mark question focused on comparative theories, which assess AO1 and AO2. Section C • Two 30-mark questions from a choice of three, which assess, AO2 and AO3.
