Classical Civilisation allows students to explore a wide aspect of the cultures of classical Greece and Rome. The modules we study cover Greece and Rome and look at mythology, literature and politics. Discussing and researching these areas of the subject allows students to think more deeply about modern British literature and culture and their own beliefs. Students always enjoy studying Classical Civilisation and often enjoy the wide range of material that they read and analyse.
