Course summary
A Level History is a Russell Group facilitating subject that delivers the high-level critical thinking skills demanded by both universities and employers. More importantly, the study of the past is inherently colourful, and helps us understand the forces that have helped shape the world we live in. Pupils will study key concepts such as revolution, race relations, equality and the nature of government, all of which are both fascinating and relevant to modern society. Our course covers Britain & Churchill (1930-97), the American Revolution (1740-96) and US Civil Rights (1865-1992)
