On this course, you will study more Pure Mathematics, Statistics and Mechanics, as well as Decision Mathematics. There is some flexibility in the way that components can be combined so that, although it will not be possible to provide every combination, it should be possible to take your needs and interests into account.
The normal expectation for entry to our Sixth Form is six Grades 9 - 5 or equivalent at GCSE, but we do consider all applications on an individual basis, so if you have any concerns about meeting these grades please come and speak to Mrs C L Wheeler or Mr Smith, our Assistant Principal (Academic). Same as for Mathematics but a minimum of a Grade 8 at GCSE is highly desirable.
