Course summary

You will learn about a selection of major ways of understanding human behaviour. You will discover a key topic of research; learn about important studies related to that topic, and find out how research is conducted in that area. You will learn to use statistical tests to help interpret data. You will have an opportunity to study some uses of Psychology in the real world. Eleven different units across three A level exam papers. Includes memory, social influence, gender, schizophrenia and forensic psychology alongside research methods and mathematical and scientific skills.

Entry requirements

Grade 6 or higher in GCSE humanities or grade 6 in GCSE English language plus 2 GCSE science grades 5 or higher.

How you'll be assessed

Written examinations including multiple choice, short answers questions and short essay.
