The ability to speak a second language is a huge advantage in the world of work. A level of French allows students to build on their GCSE language, developing their knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, and also introduces topics that provide a greater insight into the Francophone world. History, politics, music, media, education, immigration, and social change are all studied and complement a range of other A-level subjects.
