
A-Level Further Mathematics extends students' understanding or pure mathematics. Pupils have the option to choose from 2 areas from statistics, mechanics or decision maths, all of which cover several topics. Students must be studying A-Level Maths to study Further Maths.
Must be studying A-Level Mathematics Grade 8 in GCSE Mathematics
There are four exams. Papers 1 and 2 for Pure Maths, and papers 3 and 4 for Applied maths. Each weights 25% of the A-Level qualification.
