Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behaviour, offering fascinating insights into why people think, feel and act the way they do. This course covers diverse topics and viewpoints, exploring human behaviour through research, theory, and real-world application. Lessons are a blend of discussion, analysis and practical activities designed to ensure engagement with both the academic and applicable nature of psychology. Year 1: Approaches, Memory, Psychopathology, Social Influence, Attachment, Research Methods Year 2: Issues & Debates, Schizophrenia, Forensics, Gender, Biopsychology, Research Methods Throughout the course, you will develop: Analytical skills to critically evaluate theories and studies. Statistical skills for interpreting and applying research data. Written communication skills to construct well-argued essays. How you'll be assessed

Your final grade is determined by three written exam papers, which include multiple-choice, short-answer and essay style questions. There is no coursework component. Introductory Topics in Psychology - 33.3% Psychology in Context - 33.3% Issues and Options in Psychology - 33.3%
