A Level Modern Languages equip our students with key linguistic skills alongside excellent communication, research and analysis and cultural appreciation. Our students are given opportunities to study social and cultural topics in the target language whilst building their fluency. We aim to equip our students to be able to: • Speak and write fluently in the language they study • Understand a variety of media in their chosen language • Gain insight into aspects of Spanish civilisation, culture & literature
Students will need a grade 5 or above in the Higher tier of the relevant language.
Paper 1 - Listening, reading and writing 40% of A Level Paper 2 - Writing 30% of A Level Paper 3 - Speaking 30% of A Level NB: This is a draft specification and my be subject to some changes.
