You will study three components: • Drama and Theatre (40%) • Creating original drama (30%) • Making Theatre (30%)
An audition will be required if you have not previously studied drama at GCSE level. If you have studied GCSE drama, grade C or above is essential to being able to access the content of this course.
Drama and Theatre will be an open book 3 hour exam. Creating original drama: • You will be assessed on a working notebook and a devised practical performance. Making Theatre: • You will be assessed on the practical performance work of three scripted extracts plus a reflective report.
