You will study, eight texts, including Shakespeare, a range of novels, poetry and plays, comprising of both classics and works by contemporary writers. You will also get the opportunity to choose your own texts for the coursework element of the course.

One 3 hour exam, worth 40%, one 2 hour and 30 minute exam, worth 40%, and coursework worth 20%.
