Young Tycoons

Course summary

Young Tycoons is a competition set up by Peter Jones of Dragon’s Den fame. The programme sets out to introduce and develop the skills required to be an entrepreneur. These are: - Being creative - Problem-solving - Staying positive and being resilient - Listening and understanding - Presenting - Working in a team - Leading You will get the chance to develop a business idea, borrow some money and develop your idea to its initial sales. The competition is national. The Young Tycoons competition can provide a network to plug into if you have that entrepreneurial flair.
