Course summary

A level Art follows the same structure as the GCSE; however, you will get to deepen your skills, creativity and understanding of art, artists and techniques. You will: - develop ideas - explore and learn about artists - experiment with different materials - refine ideas and processes - create personal outcomes The course aims to develop the following key skills: - Intellectual, imaginative and creative thinking skills - The ability to investigate and analyse - The ability to develop and communicate your own ideas - The enthusiasm and enjoyment of art, craft and design
