
If you like science but don’t think that A Levels are right for you, BTEC Forensic Investigation could be a good choice for you. This course is a mixture of theory and practical science. It contains elements of A Level chemistry, physics and biology alongside forensic techniques and crime scene analysis. You will develop scientific analytical-thinking skills through the use of biological, chemical and physical evidence. You will learn to present evidence in an impartial way, develop a chronology and provide scientific justification for your analyses. It is a course that could be taken in conjunction with A Level biology or chemistry.
