Course summary

You will study: •The characteristics of contemporary processors, input, output and storage devices •Software and software development •Exchanging data •Data types, data structures and algorithms •Legal, moral, cultural and ethical issues •Elements of computational thinking •Problem solving and programming •Algorithms to solve problems and standard algorithms. Entry requirements

You should also have a minimum of 5 9-4 or equivalent grades at GCSE including English Language and a 6 in Maths. Where GCSE Computer Science has been studied at least a grade 6 must be achieved.
