In completing an EPQ you will demonstrate your ability to work independently, set your own goals and targets and to see a project through to completion.It is also an opportunity to explore and area of interest in greater depth. EPQ is a skills based course. You will choose a topic to research, either linked to a current field of study or an area of personal interest. You will produce a single piece of work and present your findings. This can be a report, artefact, design or performance.
You will have achieved at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
• Standard control forms completed over the period of the project • Internal assessment by teachers • External moderation • All coursework - no examination • You will need to make display and oral presentation.
