Level 2 Merit in BTEC Performing Arts (any discipline) or equivalent GCSE. Grade 4 or above in English Language or English Literature
Learners are assessed over 5 units; 2 of these are mandatory and 4 are internally assessed. All external assessments are synoptic, meaning that they take place over a set period of time. All assessments are a combination of a presentation of knowledge, a rehearsal period, a performance and a written evaluation.
