Course summary

The T Level Technical Qualification in Management and Administration allows learners to gain an understanding of what is needed to work within an administrative or managerial role. Topics covered include Business Context, People, Quality Compliance, Project, and Change Management. In addition to their core topic, students will study in the area's of: 1. business improvement, 2. team 3. leadership, 4. business support, 5. business behaviours, 6. quality alliance This qualification focuses on the development of knowledge and skills needed to work in any sector within an administrative and managerial role and prepares students to enter through employment or as an Apprentice. Furthermore, the completion of this qualifications gives students the opportunity to progress onto higher education courses and training.
