
Religious studies is an interesting subject which examines the ‘big questions’ surrounding the three key areas of philosophy, ethics and Buddhist thought, encouraging students to reflect upon their own beliefs about the world as well as understanding the beliefs of others. The course will provide students with critical thinking and evaluative skills, this will enable them to critically analyse an argument or concept. The course will also help students to develop a reasoned argument, understand motivations and appreciate differing perspectives.
