The AQA A Level Fine Art course offers students the opportunity to explore a variety of materials processes and techniques in both traditional and new media. Throughout the course students will be expected to explore a variety of techniques and are required to present findings in more than one of the following: * drawing and painting mixed media, including collage and assemblage * sculpture ceramics installation printmaking (relief, intaglio, screen processes and lithography) moving image and photography * Students will be expected to demonstrate these skills in the context of their chosen project.

Component 1 – Personal Investigation Non-examination assessment set and marked internally. Component 2 – Externally Set Assignment Students will receive an examination style paper issued by the examining board, AQA,
