This course is designed to improve your knowledge and understanding of the public service sector. You will learn about the critical public service providers, including emergency services, armed forces and local authorities and how they support local and national communities. You will also have the opportunity to participate in practical activities such as role plays, teamwork exercises, and fitness tests designed to simulate real-world scenarios in the public service sector. These activities will enable you to develop transferable skills to enter employment within a wide range of junior job roles across the public sector.
