One of the great strengths of the Diploma is the integration of theory and practice as students have the opportunity to apply what they have learned at College to their healthcare work placements. These varied experiences enable you to develop professional skills, knowledge, skills, and qualities to a high standard. An integral part of the course is attending a rotation of placements at Warrington and Halton Hospital Trust that offer the opportunity to develop skills further and relate theory to practice. ADDITIONAL BEAUTY QUALIFICATIONS – Beauty and Skincare Enrichment Programme (2 extra hours per week over the two years) Students studying on the Health Professionals Level 3 Extended Diploma course at Riverside College and have an interest in the growing aesthetics and beauty industry can combine their qualification with a unique enrichment programme allowing them to gain two additional qualifications in beauty during their course to complement their health and social care qualification.
