This course is: Level 3 Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate (CTEC) in Health and Social Care. MINIMUM SUBJECT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (in addition to the general 6TH form minimum entry requirements of 5 x grade 4 at GCSE/equivalent or above including maths and English): GCSE grade 4, 4 in science plus grade 4 in both GCSE English and Maths. Child development GCSE would be an advantage.
Exam Board Information: OCR The Level 3 Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate Health and Social Care is a course that combines exams with assignment-based work and is suited to independent learners that would benefit from this way of working. There are 4 mandatory units, 3 of which are externally assessed (exam).
