This course is an A Level Course. In this course you can expect to develop your confidence in communication, both in speaking and writing using the target language, as well as in your own language. Topics will include: Aspects of Society (education, work, environment, and family), Aspects of Culture (media, youth culture, artistic culture, festivals and traditions), Multi-culturalism, Politics, the study of two “works” (film and text) in the target language. MINIMUM SUBJECT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (in addition to the general 6TH form minimum entry requirements of 5 x grade 4 at GCSE/equivalent or above including maths and English): GCSE grade 6 in French, plus a grade 5 in English.
