How you'll be assessed

This A Level course is comprised of 2 years of study . Throughout the course you will carry out practical activities including: • dissection of animal or plant systems • aseptic technique to study microbial growth • investigating activity within cells and microscopy • investigating distributions of species in the environment and animal behaviour. There are three exams at the end of the two years for A-level. There is no coursework, but the exams will assess what you learned in your practical's.
